手付かずの自然、新鮮な空気、緑の渓谷、知る人ぞ知るパワースポットである多摩川源流の小菅村に　Far Yeastの自社醸造所があります。源流醸造所では、東京都の水源のひとつである多摩川源流の水を使用しています。冷涼な気候で空気もきれい。ビール作りには最適な環境で　こだわりのビール造りをされています。
 
小管村のお祭り「源流まつり」をイメージしたビール「Far Yeast源流FEST」。このビールは　水や自然の豊かさ、環境保全の重要さを感じてほしいという思いを込めて　村の方々と企画し、作られたそうです。

Overview

Reflecting the existing and vibrant city of Tokyo, Far Yeast’s rich and sophisticated aroma, along with its dynamic and evolving flavor, will certainly bring the metropolitan city to mind.

Seeking fresh, “Live” beer, Far Yeast’s beer is unpasteurized and delivered fresh from the brewery.

Untouched nature, fresh air, and lush valley. Far Yeast’s brewery is located at Kosuge village, the source of Tama river, which is also a relaxation place known to those in the know. That Genryu brewery uses the water from Tama river, one of the water sources for Tokyo. In this cool climate region with fresh air, the best environment for beer brewing, they are committed to making fascinating beer.

“Far Yeast Genryu FEST” (a name of beer) is inspired by “Genryu festival” held in Kosuge village. This beer is created by Far Yeast together with local people to convey the rich nature and the importance of environmental protection in Kosuge village.
