ブルワリーの概要

狩野川のふもと、美しい自然に囲まれた場所に、ベアード　ブルーイングの醸造所があります。
ビール醸造は、自然や人間の農耕に深く依存し、関わり合っているという考えから　ここになったそうです。
製造過程でのこだわりは、モルト、ホップなどの原材料をできるだけ加工せず、素材の良さを最大限に引き出すこと。
目の届く規模のブルワリーで丁寧に情熱をこめ、伝統を重んじながらも新しい発想でビール造りをされています。
ベアード　ブライアンさんは、12 歳か 13 歳の時に友人と父のビールを隠れて飲んだあの日から　ビールに恋し、恋が愛に変わり、沢山の方々の応援を受け、ベアードブルーイングの夢を実現し、決して妥協することのないビール造りを続けられています。

BAIRD BREWING

Overview

Baird Brewing’s brewery is surrounded with beautiful nature by Kano river. They decided to build a brewery there since they believe beer brewing heavily depends on nature and farming.

They try hard to draw out the natural taste of ingredients and not to over-process ingredients such as malt and hops. They brew beer in small batches with painstaking care, passion, and both reverence and irreverence for tradition.

Mr. Bryan Baird, the founder of the brewery, fell in love with beer when he drank his father’s beer with friend in his youth. After that, with a lot of support, his dream to establish Baird Brewing came true. He keeps making wonderful beer without any compromise.
