１９９６年に大阪・道頓堀に道頓堀麦酒醸造所を設立。 創業して１０余年、地元ミナミの方や観光客の方に親しまれています。
副原料を一切使わない麦芽１００％で水都・大阪の水を使用した上面発酵の生ビール。
道頓堀ビールのコンセプトは、「和食に合う生ビール」。副原料は一切使用せず麦芽100％で製造することで、香り、外観、味わい、そして鮮度まですべてがバランスよく楽しめる「大阪」ならではの珠玉のクラフトビールとなっています。

Dotonbori beer brewery was founded at Dotonbori, Osaka in 1996. It has been popular among locals and tourists since its foundation.

Dotonbori beer does not contain any auxiliary materials. It is 100% malt ale using water from Osaka, a water city. The concept of Dotonbori beer is “Beer which goes well with Japanese food”. Since it is 100% made from malt and never using auxiliary materials, you can enjoy the combination of scent, appearance, taste, and freshness. Dotonbori beer is a gem of craft beer unique to OSAKA.
