緑豊かな樹海の真ん中を、富士山に向かって伸びる富士スバルライン。その入口に、富士桜高原麦酒の醸造所がある。
さまざまなミネラルが豊富に含まれた富士山の伏流水を活かし、富士北麓の気候や風土に合った方法で、最高に旨いドイツスタイルのビールを作られています。
本場ドイツで百年以上の歴史を誇る「デーメンス醸造専門学校」にビール作りを学んだ富士桜高原麦酒の醸造責任者が　モルト選びから、仕込み、発酵、熟成、出荷時期の見極め、さらには製品化まで、一切を取り仕切っています。

FUJIZAKURA KOGEN BEER

Overview

In the middle of a lush forest, Fuji Subaru Line (a roadway) leads to Mt. Fuji. The brewery of Fujizakura Kogen Beer stands at the entrance of this roadway.

Using the underground water from Mt. Fuji which contains various mineral, they brew great German-style beer with production methods that fit the climate around Mt. Fuji well.

The brew-master, who learned about beer-brewing at Doemens Brewing Academy in Germany is in charge of all malt-selecting, fermentation, aging, and production.
