Overview

Hideji beer is one of famous craft beer breweries in Miyazaki, Kyushu.

The brewery is located at the base of Mt. Mukabaki at the Sobo-Katamuki National Park in Northern Miyazaki Pref. At this area rich in nature, they brew beer using high-quality natural water and fresh home-cultivated yeast.

With a lot of colleagues and customers, they aim to enliven Japanese beer culture based on their philosophy, “Glocal Craft Beer Brewery”.

To create beer you can’t help drinking, they always seek higher quality with their creative ideas, and such efforts make nicely balanced flavor. Moreover, Hideji beer brewery is working hard to brew “world-class” and “clear” taste of beer.
